The semi-automatic battery pack flexible disassembly line with hand-pushed work trolley + disassembly hanging system is a relatively simple production line mode, which is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises or the disassembly processing of low-volume battery packs. The whole production line process is as follows:
1. Tooling trolley: hand-pushed tooling trolley, which can carry battery packs and transport them to the workstation location where the disassembly hanging system is located.
2. Dismantling hanging system: Semi-automatic dismantling hanging system, which can dismantle the battery pack shell semi-automatically. The battery pack is placed onto the disassembly hanging system by manual operation and the internal disassembly device is activated to strip the casing.
3. Disassembly station: This station is the core part of the production line, and workers operate manually at the station. The battery singles can be taken out from the battery pack, and the singles are tested, classified and sorted for relevant processing. The whole disassembly process requires manual operation.
4. Storage conveyor: The battery monoblocks will be transported to the storage conveyor and stored on the conveyor according to certain rules.
This production line has a simple structure and low cost, and can be applied to small-scale batch battery pack disassembly processing with low production efficiency, but adding some equipment to the workstation, such as automated equipment for inspection and sorting, can improve the production efficiency and quality level.
