18650 automatic module PACK line is an automatic production line, which can complete a series of processes such as assembly, packaging and testing of 18650 batteries. The production speed of this line is 22,400 cells per hour, which can greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor cost.
The production line mainly consists of the following parts: automatic battery loading system, battery assembly machine, automatic welding machine, automatic cutting machine, automatic packaging machine and battery testing system.
In the production process, firstly, the unassembled 18650 batteries are loaded into the battery automatic loading system, and then the battery assembly machine assembles the batteries into a battery pack. Next, an automatic welding machine welds the battery pack to the connector. The automatic cutting machine will cut the battery pack into different sizes of battery packs. The automatic packing machine will pack the battery packs into finished products, and after quality inspection, the production line will automatically output the finished battery packs.
